The outer world of
names and forms
The outer world of
time and space
The outer world will
change
Eventually one day
or other

The inner world of
emotions and thoughts
The inner world of
flow of energy
The inner world
will stay the same
To be transferred
to another form again
The seemingly so
real the outer
The seemingly so
unreal and bogus the inner (to some)
Is the deception of
the crafty mind
It wants to stay
alive with actions in outer
Go in again and
again
Fail many times but
keep doing that
The calmness and
the connect to the Universe
Cannot be denied
eventually
And when you are
transformed
And you try
explaining inner to other
You too will meet non-
believers
Who will brush you
aside and smother
Be in know very
clear
That death will
take away all that is dear
That which hurt or
gave you joy
Will no longer be
there
Be in know very
clear
That a new shape of
forms and names
Will appear again
and again
The sameness of events all
over again
Your poem takes me into the journey towards inward ...And I meditated on it.
ReplyDelete.When outward oriented , it is one way traffic , you are totally oblivious of beautiful world inside
But , when you connect to your inner world, it becomes two way traffic ...both world gets illuminated ...when you are aligned inward , you get aligned to your outer world also .
The outer world belongs to your mind , , who lives in fears and worries, bent upon satisfying the false self, always judgmental , and brings froth emotions like revenge, guilt, superiority or inferiority and always after physical possessions or relationships
and inner world belongs to your soul, and bliss, love , harmony , happiness , compassion and peace are its inherent qualities, it negates everything that mind artificially creates , it undoes all the damages created by mind ., It changes your eating habits , your conduct and brings out beautiful bonding with others

Deletethe more one gets used to spending some part of the day in the inner world the more one becomes that person who looks at everything as energy . One can become addicted to it but then it would become hard to handle the outer world. One has to live and interact with outer beings and in that the mind must be able to handle in a detached way all aspects of outer with intelligence.
To be able to go from dual field to a on dual field and to be able to stay in that field is must for some time of the day
