Hug your own self right now as you are



The moments of some sadness
That this mind suffers
Due to its own ignorance
Of considering world to be forever
Are uplifted with a decision
To watch like a stranger at all at stake.

Without attaching to it
Without resisting it
Let it be just let it be
Hug the sad as much as  happy 
Emotions- thoughts  of mind
As part of life so be it.


And if you ask how to hug sad?
It is very simple my friend
The sad YOU or the Happy YOU
Must be hugged by you in your mind 
The bliss of acceptance then my friends
Releases all pent up emotions

In the state of yielding 
In not judging the moment
In embracing yourself
As you are NOW
You become a tree that bends
In the fate of a storm
